These insoles are well worth the intial investment!! I have now worn out a pair, and moved on to a second pair, and am considering getting a 2cd pair for my workout shoes so I don't have to keep swapping. I work on my feet on cement floors all day, and do some high impact sports such as jogging and kickboxing. I tried the insoles to start because I had a bout of plantar fasciitis and even walking hurt. These insoles brought the final healing of that, and have allowed me to go back to all my activities with no pain. I even got my ultra picky boyfriend to get a pair and he swears by them too!!
They also fit in most shoes, I even got them into a slip on pair of Skeckers!
