Very good investment in comfort, health and better feet.
Don’t think of the cost of these, think of the comfort and reduced (eliminated) back pain especially for those who walk or stand a lot.

This is the first time I use inserts in my shoes and has not been a comfortable experience. They are still too thick to place in shoes. You definitely need to probably buy a bigger shoe to have it fit correctly. My heels dont bother me as much but the top arch of my foot really hurts by the end of the day.
