These do not help and I'm sorry I pirchased these. I cannot recommend these. They hurt when I wear them.

These inserts really provide comfort when you are on your feet quite a bit and a little overweight, as am I. They easily slide into your shoes and you can truly feel the difference.

I was really hurting for a while and become limited in how far I could walk. I have had the insert for a few weeks now and it has really helped me regain the ability to walk some distance without being in pain. Glad I found this as an option after talking with a friend.

I've used this product before and presently. I'm most
satisfied with them. It's nice to be able to get them online,
and saves me a lot of time. Not all CVS stores carry them
locally. Thank You!
