I just purchased this model yesterday and Tried to install the the analyzer software cd. It will not install. Is there a place to download this software? I have tried installing this software with and without the cuff being attached to the computer. Neither way does it install. I get an error of: 1607:Unable to install installShield Scripting Runtime. I am running win 7

Reviewed 9 years agoBuyer - beware - read the reviews
I was in an immediate need for a BP monitor with the capability of recording the history of BP/P readings and the printout feature was a bonus for me. Grabbed it off the shelf and when I came home read the reviews online - sure wish I had read them BEFORE I spent the time and money! Most of the reviews stated the inaccuracy of the readings - and the unit I purchased is no different. I have a small monitor that doesn't have the history or printout capability and compared the two readings - this one is going back! The other monitor has already been compared to my physician's office monitor so I know it is in the ballpark with theirs. Please note that one can obtain different readings from your left arm and your right arm. If you have been up moving around the reading can be higher. Be consistent when you take your readings. I also agree that the cuff can be uncomfortable. So it will be back to the pen and paper routine for tracking my BP/P.

Reviewed 10 years agoOk features; very inaccurate
For the price, the feature set is acceptable , to me. Wildly variable results. Looking for a different vendor to replace. 70 +$ down the drain..
The cuff is strange, as well. Some sort of stiff plastic . I find it difficult to work with/fit correctly.

Reviewed 10 years agoInaccurate!
I have had 2 of these cuffs. I purchased the first cuff in September 2014. I am a larger person, but my arm measurement is well within the recommended size of the cuff. The plastic in the cuff was tight prior to inflating the cuff. It consistently had my systolic blood pressure ratings between the 140's to the 170's. The diastolic readings were between 89 and 109. I was hospitalized and my readings were at least 20-30 points lower than that. After going to the doctor for something unrelated my blood pressure was much lower than the cuff showed. I returned the unit after calling tech support, who stated I should do so because the readings appeared to be inaccurate. After exchanging the first unit for an identical unit, I continued to have high readings. The plastic in the second cuff was tight as well. I scheduled a trip to the doctor and had blood pressure 120/68 at the doctor's office. My unit said 149/97. I returned the second unit to the store and purchased an Omron unit. Before I went to the store to return this unit it stated my blood pressure was 149/97. With the new Omron unit it was 84/65. The plastic in the new Omron cuff is much more comfortable. Since both of the units by CVS were inaccurate, I do not recommend this unit.

Reviewed 10 years agoEasy Fit?
I hate that awkward and hard piece of plastic inside what they call the "easy fit" cuff. I'd much rather have the smooth continuous cuff I'm used to. It's difficult putting on and taking off. I wish I had returned it right away instead of thinking "maybe I'll get used to it" which I never did.

Reviewed 10 years agoInaccurate Readings
I bought this cuff, because it would fit my larger arm. The cuff comes pre-formed, which is extremely hard to get on. The pressure of the cuff is so painful, to the point it feels like I am going to bruise from using it. The readings are all over the place. I would get an extremely high reading, which didn't seem right, so I would take it again immediately, and the numbers would drop by 40 points. When you are someone who has high blood pressure, these false readings can give users a lot of undue anxiety.

Reviewed 10 years agoFANTASTIC!!!
This model helps keep my high blood pressure troubles tracked, saved on computer and printable to show my doctor so that proper action can be taken. More information makes for better treatment. ALWAYS!!
My doctor LOVES the print outs in graph and chart form to make better decisions for me. My Blood pressure troubles are becoming lesser and lesser because we know what triggers spikes, my doctor can see how high it really goes and how often, adjust my medication and lower my risk of stroke or annurism from sky high blood pressure.
This product model is a GODSEND!!!
