Had one of these I call "old timey" type 26 years ago when I was on dialysis. I wanted to try this one in lieu of digital, new type, due to nostalgia reasons. Its easy as ever to use to take your BP by yourself.

This product sounded like it was what I needed to monitor my blood pressure at home. Considering I am radiology student I know how to take blood pressures, the issue with this product is the stethoscope- you can barely hear anything out of it, you have to force the ear buds in your ear to hear anything. For someone that needs to monitor their pressure at home, consider a digital self-taking one.
