I was prescribed a topical steroid for a skin rash but was told that too frequent usage could be more harmful than helpful. The dermatologist then said that Sarna lotion could be used daily. Save the steroid cream for serious out-breaks. Sarna works wonders and does the job nicely.

Sarna is the only anti-itch lotion that works on my husband's sensitive skin.

I used Sarna on my legs and arms on and off for several years without any reactions. Recently, after several weeks of using Sarna Sensitive on my legs for dry, itchy skin, I developed a red very itchy rash with small raised pimples on both legs where I had applied the lotion. Within a day of stopping use of Sarna Sensitive, the itching subsided and the rash started to clear.

Easily applied. Not greasy. Seems to have an effect for eight hours or more, in this instance. When used daily, Sarna does not show any negative effects on the skin. We rely upon it!
