The orajel for cold sores comes in a two pack which is nice in case you have another flare up. It's pretty easy to use, just clean the affected area and dab a little on until it numbs, then after numbing reapply to the whole affected surface. It instantly relieves the pain associated with cold sores and starts healing immediately. I noticed with mine it gradually disappeared over the first night. I received this product free for my unbiased review.

At first when I received this free product, I thought it was a fast acting solution to removing your cold sore. But after reading the description I realized this was to relieve the symptoms. The product did just that. My cold sore sometimes reaccurs nanda didn't this go around. I'm not sure if that was simple luck or the second vial, but I'm a believer. These are absolutely my own opinions, even though I did get a free sample.

I really appreciated being able to not have to touch my cold sore with my hands. This helped with not spreading the germs. Got this to sample from smiley 360 for my honest opinion. I had a very small sore on my lip and applied this and it worked wonders. Not sure I would spend the money to buy it again np it it did work well.
