Its nice to find something that actually does what it says. You ought to have star ratings from customers on the shelf so we would not have to buy and try all the other junk before we get to this one.

This is the best product I have tried so far get cramps in my feet and legs two to three time a night in both legs. I put two under my tongue within a matter of minutes the cramps start to go away I have tried every cream, muscle rub, leg pills. soap under the sheets, bananas, and different vitamins but nothing has worked like this.
