Reviewed 6 years agoThis has been a tremendous relief for me. Prior to taking these at the first sign of a cramp, I would suffer so much, I couldn't get up after sliding onto the floor. The pain was incredible and only hot washcloths would help relieve the pain. Since discovering Hylands PM Leg Cramp reliever, I have managed to stave off the huge cramps. Thank you Hyland's.
