I have been buying Gelusil tablets for decades. As a long-time reflux sufferer, they are a blessing when I'm out and about. I have been on Prilosec once a day in the AM for a number of years, but sometimes a certain food will bring the reflux on and having the Gelusil handy has saved many a day. To the best of my knowledge, it is the only product that comes in a blister pack. It slips easily into a purse and great to have on the road. I highly recommend this product

Although its effect lasts shorter, I find it works better than most PPI based antacids, particularly with indigestion that lasts several hours after eating. There's no rebound effect. Has the same key ingredients as some chewable competitors, but tastes *much* better. I also chose this to avoid kidney stones the calcium based medicines caused.

the product is fine. the new packaging sleeves are noisy and on occasion have cut my thumb. i liked the old sleeves much better.
