I add this to water, iced tea, soft drinks, etc. at lunch and dinner and it slows my digestion; therefore, lowering my blood sugar. This is a great product for diabetics and it is so easy to take to restaurants, etc. in the single dose packets. I am healthier because of this product, specifically due to the psyllium husk that it contains.

I use this product nightly. I mix it with CVS's Vitamin C 1000 mg. I mix them in 8oz of water and they mix great together and are easy to drink right down.

I saw that the previous reviewer had given 1 star, so I thought I was not the only one disappointed by this product. Instead, when I read the review it looked as if he/she actually liked it. I previously purchased CVS's Easy Fiber Individual packets. I liked them because they were pre-measured, could fit in my water bottle, had a nice taste, and dissolved completely. Well, now CVS sells THIS! It is in single doses and does fit in my water bottle, but that is where the similarity ends. It tastes disgusting and it DOES NOT DISSOLVE. A thick layer of this was floating at the top of the juice that i mixed this in. I had to pour it out and now I am looking for someone to take this off my hands. I am so disappointed. Perusing the CVS shelves shows me they no longer sell the former product. Why is it that whenever I find a product I like, the manufacturer discontinues it or the store stops selling it? *sigh* Back to the drawing board to find something new.

The single dose powder packs are great to use with a small neck bottle of water anywhere, after eating out in restaurants, fast food, parties, family dinners, traveling etc. Fast, easy to pour into water or juice container and no waiting until getting home or mixing with spoon etc. This particular round package outperforms the square pack which can cause a mess if spilled. The 20 % more package saves me money. Nothing to not like about this product.
