These worked better for me than a leading, well-known national brand. I found that it is best to buy size large, even though you may have a narrow nose like I do. The reason is that the strip will then engage more of your face that just your nose and is not so likely to come off at night as you move your head on the pillow. I am highly pleased with this product. It stays on and it does what it promises - gives me better breathing at night. Pricey, but certainly allows me to sleep more soundly and not breathe through my mouth.

Reviewed 9 years agoA little small for a large man's nose
I don't THINK my nose is so huge that a large nasal strip should be a little small, but these strips are. The perfect size for me would be 1/2" longer. A small part of the ends becomes unstuck overnight, so they don't open my nostrils for the entire length of the strip, but even if they did, slightly longer would be better for me. They stick very well though, and they work.
