Unlike other reviewers, I have only a very minor film of adhesive left on my nose after removing. Nothing like a bandaid. I simply wash my face with a mild cleanser or if I'm getting in the shower that works fine. I have even wiped it off with just water on a rag. They do stick much better than the regular ones which I love because I have oily skin. I use an off brand face cleansing sheet before I stick them on because of the oil but even then the regular ones sometimes don't last the night stuck to both sides of my nose where these do.

I am a big fan of Breathe Right products, but these are terrible. Even after washing my face with soap, I still have remnants of the adhesive on my nose. What's the next step? Applying "Goo-Gone" to my face?! Also, removing them was very difficult and painful on the delicate skin around my eyes.
