So far so great! I've been taking these supplements for 5 weeks. First 2 weeks I only took one pill a day, just in case I had a bad reaction to it -- then switched to the full dose of 3 per day. I am so impressed! My hair is sleek and shiny and noticeably thicker--people keep asking me what I'm doing to it. That alone would have been enough to make me love the product..but my favorite result has been my skin. I have combination sensitive skin and nothing works--if it moisturizes, it makes me break out, and if it doesn't make me break out, my skin is dry and flaky. I've tried Proactiv, AcneFree, Clinique, Aveeno, Simple (Simple was the best, and I still use it as my daily moisturizer# but clearly the problem wasn't what I was putting on my face, it was what was lacking in my body. My skin looks fabulous--it's clear, and any breakouts that I've had in the last couple weeks went away within two days or so, which is unheard of for me.
A couple things--
It took about two weeks before I noticed anything at all, and four weeks before I got serious results. So be patient!
I've combined these supplements with a much healthier diet #lots of fruits and veggies, water and at least one cup of green tea a day - gotta love those antioxidants!), and while I think this has added to my results, I still attribute the dramatic results to these supplements.
Also, my nails are great too! They weren't really a problem for me, but they are quite strong and shiny now. :)

I have had brittle, thin fingernails all my life. They would constantly tear and break. My daughter wanted this nail product, so she has been taking it awhile. I didn't believe it would make a difference, but then I decided to try it. I have been taking one pill/day for a few weeks (I did not read the directions) and all of a sudden I noticed that my nails are remarkably strong and thicker! I also think some of my thinning eyebrow hairs (I plucked for many years) are growing in. It is too soon for me to notice anything re. the hair on my head, but I am amazed at the difference this product has made for my nails!

I actually started taking these for my nails, I always had long nails but the last few years they've been week and break easy. This works great to strengthen and grow the nails. I also noticed that my hair is growing much faster and healthier. My skin is amazingly soft and any acne is going away. If you shave, wax, etc. be prepared to do that more often than what you are used to. All hair grows faster!!!

Not sure why, but this product caused my hot flashes to increase to over 25 a day. When I stopped taking it, the flashes decreased to 1 per day. Only took 2 weeks so not sure if the product actually worked on my nails

Ive been taking these on and off since maybe June of 2013 and I love these. My eyelashes are so long now as I used to have very short eyelashes. My eyebrows are ALOT thicker (I had very sparse eyebrows and this was one of the main reasons I took the pills) and my curly hair is alot thicker and longer.
The only reason I took these on and off was because I would get lazy and stop taking them for a couple of months. I only take two a day and it works fine.
I recently began taking them again in January after I cut two inches of damage from my hair and by March it had grown back! I would recommend these to anyone. I dont know why they didnt work for the other African American lady but try for yourself :) plus there's always a sale.

If you have African hair don't even bother with this stuff. I was having trouble with slow hair growth and breakage so I tried this. Around two weeks after I started this I was losing tons of hair in the shower. The rate my hair grew at also didn't increase at all.
After this happened I did a ton of research and found out the vitamins that black hair needs to be healthy are completely different than the vitamins other types of hair need. So if you're black hair you really need to take a vitamin made specifically for black hair to see any results. After this I started taking a black hair specific vitamin called 'African Hair Accel'. My results with this vitamin were much better in terms of reducing breakage and the speed my hair grew at. My hair went from growing at a rate of 1/2 inch a month to 1 inch a month

These vitamins are a life saver. My hair has grown inches in just the month I bought it. My skin has less acne. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any differences in my nails, but either way that doesn't worry me because I don't take care of them. Other than that the results are perfect. Let me just tell you that before I started taking these my hair would grow an inch for about every two months, and ever since I started to take these my hair has been growing rapidly, i noticed this when people were noticing it.

Been using since Nov 2012 and what a difference! I am 33 and my hair was falling out in handfuls! I was bald on sides of my hairline literally. I didn't know why or what to do. It must of been vitamin deficiency because these vitamins have grown ALL my hair back and NO MORE falling out! Started working within 1-2 weeks I could see new hair! Skin and nails are great to and just an added bonus for me!
