There could be a lot of health benefit behind this vitamin, but first you have to get past the horrible smell and taste. Upon opening the bottle you are punched in the nose with a terrible odor. I've taken several other B vitamin and biotin supplements and had no issue. Even with the quickest ingestion of the caplet, the taste lingers for several minutes and distorts the taste of food/drink.
