I have no problem with the probiotic itself but they're packaged in a sheet where you pop them out. Problem is the capsules are very soft and in order to push them hard enough to break the foil and release them, the capsules sometimes break open. In order to avoid that I don't push them out, I remove the foil with a knife, but I wish I didn't have to.
