This product has 15 billion bifidobacterium per capsule. You will feel great taking a daily capsule. As we age we need to keep fiber and healthy bacteria going. This will do the trick!! And the best price of all products that I checked!

Before starting these my mom suffered periodic intestinal blockages. With these, she has had no problems for the last fourteen months. They are gentle, but effective and I also use them myself. They are somewhat expensive, but we wait for coupons and specials and purchase them then.
