I have IBS, so a lot of seemingly harmless foods can cause pain and discomfort. I never realized Beano was for more than just beans, but after a big batch of fresh strawberries had left me miserable, I came across this as a recommended solution. Surprise! It does work for more than beans! I keep this in my purse now and it REALLY helps with digesting all kinds of things, from raw fruits and veggies, to garlic and onions, and yes, beans. A little expensive, but worth it to be able to enjoy certain foods again!
