I have used this a few time's and it works ok not as exspected, it's a very light sleep aid next time I think I might try the liquid. The product does work but it's not going to "knock you out" if your are a light sleeper like me. Over all rating it does what it says it does but I recommend something a little more fast acting like the liquid if your use to having to take something to help you sleep.
