I occassionally overuse a major name brand nasal spray, due to allergies and sinus problems, and when that proves not so effective, this Zicam Extreme Congestion will work great! I highly recommend it if you have extreme congestion.

I've had severe allergy-related nasal congestion for about 2 weeks. I tried this as a last effort before going to a doctor. It did not work. It did absolutely nothing to relieve my congestion and left me with a burning sensation in my nose.

After a few days, my stuffy nose is clear, and the cold symptoms disappear. Product can be used only once a day at half the dose and is still effective, but, as recommended, I follow the length of time for its continuous use..
