My gastroenterologist recommended Zegerid about 4 years ago and I have not had reflux since. I take 1 capsule in the evening (before bedtime) as I often woke with with severe heartburn. Now I can eat anything without a problem; rich desserts, spicy food, Italian food, chocolate, fried foods, wine or other alcholic beverages. A great product.

Not only is this the best OTC med for GERD but when it is on sale CVS has the best prices! Go CVS.....love it.
