My 10 yoa son has always had a problem getting to sleep and staying asleep all night. Have tried everything else, even RX by doctor. Nothing has helped. Some other meds caused severe side effects. Had given up. Then by chance our CVS pharmacistist suggested Zarbees. Figured why not probably will not work, at least it will not hurt. Suprise, suprise!! This works, he goes to sleep w/i 30 min, sleeps all night. Every once in a while he will say, don't need it tonight, and we omit it. But w/i a day or 2 we go back to using it. The fear that he would get so used to it, it would lose effectiveness seems to have passed. Finally sleeping all night. Taste great, no side effects, effective.

Kids like to take it. Makes them fall asleep fast with no side effects. They wake up bright and full of energy.
