I use the regular counter top Waterpik daily. When I am away from home, I really miss my Waterpik and I decided to try this Waterpik Cordless Water Flosser Wp-360w. I was very disappointed in how it worked. The jet stream on this model is weak. When I want to clean the back side of the bottom row, water starts leaking out of the unit because I have to hold it at an angle like almost upside down and consequently it does not pump water. Other minor issues are: the water tank is dark, it is hard to tell the water level; awkward to hold; no indicator when it needs to be recharged or when fully charged. This unit needs a lot of improvement. I returned it. I am thinking about trying Waterpik Ultra and Traveler Water Flosser Combo, that offers the regular unit and the travel unit which looks the same but smaller.

I have had this pik for about a year and used it almost daily in the shower. It just died. I think it should last longer than a year.

I got it about 5 days ago and one day used it 3 times and still, stuff between my teeth that needed flossing with a string. I am only hoping it performs well in the gum area reducing plaque, gingivitis, and gum disease as it claims but, how can I have confidence in those words when it doesn't even perform well as a flosser and that is what it is CALLED: "Waterpik ...Water Flosser". I have 14 days on the guarantee on the bottom of the box to return it, no questions asked. I might do that.

My dentist recommended this as she started peridontal work on 12/3/2014. I purchased three since my son and dad had simillar issues. I used mine 2 times per day till it stopped squirting water while the motor was still running. That was 1/5/15 , when a tooth was pulled. My dad gets help using his weekly at bed time. I need to see how often my son uses his.

So disappointed. I read every review posted and based on them I bought this. The reviews could not have been farther from the truth. This has a tiny reservoir, has to be filled 3x for each use..It has very little power and it's messy. I threw the box away or I would have returned it immediately. PS. I hate writing negative reviews but because I was duped by inaccurate reviews I felt this was important.

It works really well for cleaning braces. I wish it was a bit more forceful in pulsing the water but overall I would recommend it.
