The taste is great and it seems that sometimes the melatonin helps and sometimes it does not. However, I am not sure if I react to Melatonin or not. This is a great way to take it. I am very happy with Vitafusion products. I enjoy taking my vitamins with delicious chewable instead of swallowing horse pills.
