This product is easy to eat, not a big Calcium tablet, and even taste is yummy, so I can take Calcium every day without forgetting. I love this product. I will recommend this one to everybody.

I like the taste and it's very few calories. Calcium tablets are too big for me to swallow. This is like candy without any fat and very little sugar.
