My nightly routine includes this item! I have to have a quick swab under my nose to help me breath and relax for a good restful nights sleep. I am sure it has become mental by this time since this has been my routine for about the past 25 years, but it works and I am not giving it up now! I love the new Lemon Scent and is especially soothing! I highly recommend this product!
