I buy these for my husband. He suffers from insomnia. The fact that these are double strength makes a tremendous difference in the end results. This is far better than the other brands also. My husband is very pleased with this brand. It helps him sleep deeply. I can tell, because he snores.... and I'm one of those odd wives who loves to hear the sound of my man snoring, because I know he's sleeping well - which pleases me. It's a very peaceful sound.

This is the only sleep medication that works on me, and I've tried them all! I am surprised by the other review, so I had to leave mine in case it helps.

Reviewed 12 years agoDidn't seem to work.
I was so anxious to use this because I have trouble falling to sleep at night. Upon taking it the first night, nothing was different. It didn't seem to help me sleep at all.
