Works instantly! I get athlete's foot as a result of stress and as long as I use it I have not problems at all. I had what the Dr's thought was psoriasis and when none of their prescriptions worked or only made the condition worse I decided to give the good old Tinactin a try and miracles of all miracles it worked. combined with the Dr. Scholl's Double Pillow Insoles I have baby soft feet.
