FYI: If you don't like menthol scented things, this is NOT for you.
I personally love this stuff, the moment you rub it on a sore muscle, you start to feel relief. It's cooling and then warms as it releases this magnificent menthol scent. It's the absolute best when you have a cold and sore muscles at the same time because it clears your sinuses with naught but a quick whiff.
Contrary to an earlier reviewer, this version WILL NOT STAIN. He was reviewing a different product.
This is the white version, there is also a red "extra strength" that I use as well. The red version can stain if you put it on light colored clothing before you rub it into your skin. (I accidentally did that once) But after you have it rubbed in, it's immediately absorbed and won't rub off unless you're like, scrubbing at it.
So I repeat: The white version WILL NOT STAIN.
Also, it doesn't take a lot to achieve the desired relief, this lasts forever. Be prepared to have this until you lose it. I actually don't think I've ever emptied a whole jar. a 0.63 oz jar.
There is also a 0.14oz version that I have actually used up, but it's about the size of a quarter and looks like a lip balm.
It's so tiny and convenient, easily fits in a pocket, gym bag, purse, desk drawer, or glove compartment. (don't leave it in the car in the heat. It will melt, it's still good, but not ideal situation)
In summary, Tiger Balm is made of happiness and pain relief and menthol and camphor. I can not recommend this highly enough.

IF this is the purple colored version of this exellent product then be warned that it will stain everything it touches: Clothes, bedding, towels...everything it touches. It does an exellent job but no amount of bleach will get the stain out.
They have an extra strength that works just as well and is strong enough.

I have been using Tiger Balm for several years. I've tried many other rubs, but none of them are as good as Tiger Balm.
It has the highest concentration of active ingredients - Menthol
and Camphor - that I've ever found. I can get through a tough 8 hour work day because of it.

I have heard this product works by a fellow employee who works in the physical sports field. I told him that I had tried other cheaper brands and he said that they do not work as well as Tiger Balm. So I decided to spend the extra money and give it a try. For such a small bottle, I thought this better work. Well I love how very little it takes and how quickly it absorbs into the skin. It starts almost immediately warming up to soothe the sore muscles. And lasts for some time before you have to put on the next application, if necessary. Well now, I am a believer.
