I have used Thermacare heatwraps for years. I experience severe cramps for the first two days of my period that leave me unable to function. Thanks to these heatwraps I'm able to go to work, albeit still with some pain. I cannot possibly recommend them enough.
DO NOT try a generic brand. I have, and they are not the same. Thermacare may cost a bit more, but it's because they give off more heat for a longer period of time. One will last me the entire work day. Thermacare wraps are also far more comfortable to wear.

I love this product, helps when I have to work or go out and about and can't sit home with my heating pad. The stones get super warm and help ease the cramps. The heat lasts 8 or so hours, and they're discreet!

I can't recommend Thermacare Menstrual heatwraps enough. They are super thin and very convenient. They provide such a relief!

I suffer from really painful cramps that usually don't go away with Midol or most other pain relievers. I decided to purchase these on my way to work and give it a try, and surprisingly, whithin 10 minutes my cramps diminished. I'm wearing it right now and it is still very warm! (It's been 7 hours) I highly recommend this product to anyone that suffers from mild to intense cramps!

Contrary to the other review, I think these have a lot of heat. Occasionally they had almost too much heat (which is why I am not giving 5 stars). I do think it helps ease cramping but it does not eliminate it entirely. I tried getting the CVS brand to save money and that had no heat at all. So I'm continuing to get these because it does help a bit.

I use several other ThermaCare products regularly for shoulder pain and they work great. However, I was disappointed with this product. It brought no relief for cramps WHATSOEVER. I waited & waited and the wrap would barely get warm, which will not do the trick. The other products I've used are MUCH hotter & work very vell.
