After about 3 days of using, I have noticed my gums don't bleed as much at all and I see improvement everyday I continue to use the mouthwash. My gums feel as though they receive therapy from the mouth wash. Very smooth wash. I also noticed it helps with bad breath. You will have fresh breath for about 3-4 hours after rinse without needing any mints. The price is high, but I still give it 5 stars because it does what it claims. Highly recommended
