I love these fiber gummies. I'm really picky when it comes to texture but these are great. They actually taste like gummy candies I would eat for enjoyment; they're not overly squishy or hard like others I've tried. Because I enjoy them I'm much better at remembering to take them than if they were pills. Not only do they taste good but they actually help to regulate my system well.

I used to love Sundown Naturals Fiber + Vitamin D Gummies but they recently changed the texture and now I don't enjoy taking them anymore. They are not as "solid" and tasty as they used to be (like licorice), and now taste cheap and rubbery. I am going to try Nature's Bounty Fiber + Vitamin D Gummies and will review those shortly.
