I'm a natural medium-light blonde. My mother first bought me this product while I was in high school so I could add highlights with a natural look. I've been using this product now for over a decade. I use it every several months to help give my natural blonde color some brightness. I spray it in my hair and use a blow dryer to bring out the highlights. It definitely gives my beginning to dull, blonde hair some omph. It also conditions and softens my hair. Never damaging. This is much better than dealing with dyes to match your own color, which I haven't tried because spraying is much more simple.
