I previously purchased the item on sale at CVS. I am very satisfied with the product. It is very versatile, you can add it on juices, smoothies, oatmeal, cereals and I have even added it to soups. it has no taste so it won't affect the taste of your food. Best part is all the health benefits!

This was recommended in a Weight Watchers meeting. I was very reluctant but tried it anyways. I added it to my smoothies in the morning. It doesn't have any taste . Great health benefits and keeps you fuller longer.
