Great stuff! I had noticeable gains within two weeks. Not nearly as much sugar as Cell Tech and some of the others. Take it as directed and maybe double up before and after workouts and you should see quick results. I have tried the pricier stuff and the unknown brands. This one beat them all as far as results.
Get that CVS 30% off discount for online purchases and you will REALLY be doing well.

I was introduced to Six Star Creatine by a personal trainer friend . As I have aged and am less flexible, he told me to take creatine to help my muscular flexibility. He was right! In a month's time, I could move freer and not so stiff. I practice yoga several days a week and Six Star Creatine has made it more enjoyable . I am 67 years young and really appreciate Six Star Creatine, and have been taking Six Star iver two years.
