I got this for my 3 year old toddler who is suffering for a few nights from congestion due to a common cold, not a severe cold. Only bad thing, I am not sure if it's helped her or not. I think it was helping to some extent, but there was no clear-cut indication that it did alleviate her congestion or heavy deep cough. She never coughed out phlegm, so again, am not sure if the product really helped to alleviate any of the symptoms, but it was worth a try.
