This product is not inexpensive, but I buy it because I really believe that it helps me get better more quickly when I am ill, and prevent me from getting sick in other cases. It is a bit too sweet tasting, but it is not intolerable. I take this throughout the winter, especially when I feel I am perhaps coming down with something.

I start taking it as soon as flu season ramps up as prescribed by the manufacture and let my immune system handle the rest. Its been working great so far!
The only down side to using elderberry as a preventative means is the bottle will only last you 12 days if you use it everyday. That makes it a little over a dollar a day to use this product.

Many herbal natural health products are on the market and Sambucol is one of the best to work on immunity system, .as it works so well for me to keep those winter cold and flu bugs away. I highly recommend it to others

I have been using Sambucol for at least 6 years for my whole family. The first time we tried it, I had the flu as well as 2 of children. I made my husband take the Sambucol on my sister's trusted advice because he had not gotten sick yet and I needed him to take care of us. He did not catch the flu that year. Ever since that time our whole family takes it the entire flu season as a preventative. We still catch the occasional cold but we seem to get better quicker (within days to other people being sick a week or more). I highly recommend this product. We don't love the taste but we enjoy the benefits. Do not avoid going to the doctor if you get really sick but try this product to help prevent viruses and to shorten the duration if you do catch one. Do a little research on the uses of Elderberry throughout the world and you will be amazed.
