I've tried all sorts of waxes and hair removers. The off brand ones crumble. The honey-like ones pull off skin (even though they swear they don't) and hurt a lot without actually removing hair. This wax is the best. It heats up quickly (2 min or less) in the microwave. It stays liquid for about 10 minutes. And when you apply it to your skin, it's solid in just a few seconds. Don't every get rid of this, CVS!

After using the generic version of this product, I appreciate Sally's wax. This wax is LESS painful than the generic and also WAY LESS messy. Sally's wax removes a lot of hair with each application and doesn't blow up in the microwave. It takes about 90 seconds or more to heat up in a low power microwave. Also, the lotion that comes with it to come down your skin is very effective and takes the small amount of pain away.
This product is awesome! Don't buy the generic.
The only flaw to this product is that you don't get a lot of wax in the jar it comes in (but more than the generic).

This is real wax. Microwave, use it, and you have great results the first time around. Removes ALL hair and I love it. I still have to find a bigger tub for legs, but they only have the blue/violet stuff.
