Reviewed 11 years agoMy favorite eyeliner with maximum staying power
Although not waterproof this liner stays on forever! I had it on during a flight to Italy (13+ hours) and after I arrived it looked like I just applied it. This is a great liner. It's easy to hold, the color is bold. My only complaint is after some time there are mini strands of lint/hair? that sheds from the tip so I just have to pull them off.

This has been the only liner that I've been able to consistently achieve pulling off winged or cat-eye effect with - the applicator does not take on too much liner when you dip, and it's easy to correct any mishaps with while applying, yet retains amazing staying power all day. LOVE it.

BEEN USEING THIS REVLON COLOR STAY LIQUID EYELINER FOR ABOUT A YEAR OR 2 , ITS THE BEST ONE I HAVE TRIED SO FAR , ITS GREAT FOR A ALL DAY WEAR N STAYS ON ALL DAY . I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
