I won't be able to find out if this product actually is effective because the pills are just too huge to swallow. I take a lot of supplements and never have I had a problem like this. I do not recommend them.

This product really works. I am on my second bottle and my joint pain has been reduced dramatically. Taking the pill once per day is a great plus.
