The bristles are so hard I can hardly use this brush. I'm very dissatisfied with this product. I feel I wasted my money.

We'd like to help you get the gentle, yet effective clean we pride ourselves on delivering! It may be useful to know that bristles can feel stiff/hard at first, but they'll soften over time, as you continue brushing with us. If you're still not getting a comfortable clean, we recommend replacing your current brush head with our Sensitive Gum Care Head, as all of our electric/rechargeable handles are compatible with all of our electric/rechargeable heads. I love, love, love this toothbrush! I have used electrics in the past and gravitated back to manual within a month because of poor results. I have been using this brush for over six months now, and I LOVE it! It's powerful, but not painful in the slightest. I have sensitive gums and this brush makes my mouth feel awesome! My only two suggestions would be to include a "charging light" on the next version, so we can see if it's fully charged, or not. I went for two weeks thinking it was charging, and wondering why it was getting slower and slower....only to discover it had come unplugged! I also don't care for the type of power button....I find it more difficult to 'find" these hidden buttons than a normal on/off switch, but that's just my personal preference.So, maybe an easier toggle in the future? Other than that, this brush is perfection!

Was skeptical but glad I bought it. I was surprised at how well it took off the soda staining. Drank a soda earlier and brushed that night with a lot of the coloring coming of, awesome surprise. It doesn't whitten your teeth but deep cleans enough to take off any coloring from soda you drank that day. My teeth felt really smooth as if I just left the dentist office.

This toothbrush is awesome! Especially for the price! I feel like I just got out of the dentist! I highly recommend weather or not your a baller on a budget.

3.2 stars out of 5 is not good. Wondering if there is manufacture's defect. Very surprised to read how it won't turn on, has weak power, switch assembly failure, etc. I have been using Oral B for the last 10 years and now I'm not sure I can trust them to make a good electric toothbrush based on the 3.2 stars given to this model. I can't afford the higher priced models you have.

My previous Vitality still works after years of daily use. Could be eight years or more. But, it wasn't holding a charge very well and the brush speed didn't seem to be what it once was. So, I purchased a new unit in mid-September. It now won't turn on consistently. Won't turn off frequently. And it turns on or off at will during use. Totally unacceptable for a "new" product.

After eight years of brushing with us, we'd hope to deliver your mouth with the ease of Oral-B cleaning you've been used to, so we're sorry to hear this is going on. We do want to share with you that when you're done brushing, you’ll need to manually press the on/off switch to turn the toothbrush off, otherwise it will stay switched on. We don’t have an automatic cut-off because you might want to continue brushing to make sure you’ve got as good a clean as you’d like. After all, it’s your toothbrush to use as you wish! Still, we'd like to speak with you further to get you back to the simpler days with us. I love this toothbrush and I've had it for 3-4 years. Every time I go to my dental hygienist she's amazed at how good my teeth look with very little tartar at all (which was not always the case before). This has only been since I started using this toothbrush. And it does all the work!
