How to get it

Reviewed 6 years agoBattery runs out fast!
While I'm pleased with the toothbrush, my battery runs out after a couple of uses. Just can't understand it. We purchased 2 - one for my husband, and one for me. He has not yet replaced his batteries while I have replaced mine 5 times. And he brushes more often than I do. Very disappointed...

Reviewed 6 years agoStopped working 1 month in
Toothbrush was fine for 1 month and then stopped working, even though I changed the battery. I couldn't even get the head off to replace it.

We want to get you back to brushing with us again, Alex! To get our brush heads off, be sure to place the QuickRelease tool on the neck of the toothbrush and press; then, slide the brush head off. Lay the new replacement brush head parallel to the neck of the toothbrush, then slide the head towards the handle until it locks into place. Also, are you using an alkaline battery? This type of battery works best in our brushes. If you're unable to get your brush working after trying the tips above, please give us a call at (800) 566-7252. We'd be more than happy to help you further.<!--[if ReviewResponse]><![endif]-->

Reviewed 6 years agoDo Not Buy This Product!
This is my first time and probably the last time to use the electric toothbrush because I have a very bad experience on this product. It was fine in the first month, but it does not work after 1 month. Only 1 month! I thought there is something wrong with the brush head and the battery, so I changed them both to a new one. But then it still not working, I am so frustrated with this product.

This isn't what we'd expect from our brushes and we'd like to get you back to brushing the Oral-B way. We do want to share with you that our Oral-B toothbrushes that use alkaline batteries, such as our Pro-Health Clinical brush, should last between 4 and 6 weeks on fresh batteries. Our brushes are designed to be used for two minutes, twice a day. We do suggest ensuring that you're using alkaline batteries and making sure that they're placed in correctly. If these tips still do not help, please give us a call at (800) 566-7252.<!--[if ReviewResponse]><![endif]-->

Reviewed 6 years agoProduct does not work
I've had this tooth brush for about 4 months now, I just replaced the brush head not too long ago, but I've been having this problem. It started about 2 months ago, where the brush head stops spinning, then it starts up and then stops again. I thought it was happening because I was brushing my teeth too hard, so I was using it lightly but the problem continued and got worse. I thought maybe it needed a new brush head, so I went out got a pack of the brush heads which turns out to be just as expensive as the brush itself, and I still had the same problem. At this point I assume it's the batteries that are causing this issue, I finally get around to getting new batteries and changing them out, now my toothbrush doesn't work at all. I was so excited to use this product but now I am very disappointed.

Reviewed 6 years agoGreat while it worked
This is my first ever electric/battery operated toothbrush. I loved it while it worked. However, less then six months in and it isn't working. Turn it on and it just stutters in place. I replaced the batteries thinking that was the problem. Didn't fix it. Really disappointed.

I enjoyed the wonderful clean feeling for the first two weeks of using the Pro-Health, could definitely tell a difference. From week one it did this skip, pause thing but would then continue running fine. At about the two week mark the skipping and pausing turned into not working period!!! I looked the toothbrush over, had my husband inspect it. He thought a new brush head would work, so he purchased a bulk supply because he knew I loved the toothpaste hbrush. Didn’t work. We tried new batteries. Didn’t work. Waste of my money!
