My Oral-B electric toothbrush quit working after I think it was just like 20 years something like that I had a while but I was irritated that didn't work anymore LOL my dentist told me years ago if I don't want gum disease get the Oral-B floss twice a day brush twice a day I'm only 70 so it still remains to see if he was right but so far no gum disease great product I can't say enough about it I really can't

Great toothbrush if you like gunk from your mouth flowing down your hand on on your clothes or floor. The openings in the brush head allow this gunk to just go to the out side on the head. Very poor design. Customer support just blows you off instead of trying to fix the design flaw.

I bought this for my husband and I. We loved it but it stopped charging after not only a year. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it but I don't think it is fixable. Seeing as we brush our teeth at least twice a day, I will have to look for a better product. I will say that when it worked properly, it was incredible.

Brand new out of the box, the Pressure Sensor does not work no matter how hard you push. The speed control by pressing the on/off button does not work. Once you turn it on, no matter how quick you tap the button it just turns off. These are the features that led me to purchase this brush. Does not live up to its listed advantages.

My aunt suggested I get a rechargeable toothbrush after my battery one died after a few months of use. She told me hers was an Oral B and she has had it for about 8 years. I went out and found something very similar then to hers and LOVE it!! It holds it charge amazing!! I've charged it once, and haven't had to charge it since yet (been a couple weeks). At first I wasn't sure I liked the cross action toothbrush head but now I also really like that as well! I love how it gets my teeth so clean. I'm now even looking for a toothbrush case for it so I can take it when traveling so I don't have to go back to using a manual one ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been using the Oral-B Pro 1000 for 3 years now and I find it to be a quality toothbrush. I would recommend this over any other Oral-B electric brush. Why do you need to spend extra money to get one that has Bluetooth connectivity? It's an unnecessary extra expense, the Bluetooth can break and why do you need this connectivity? So you can't tell people on Facebook how long you brushed. If 1000 breaks it is cheaper to replace.
