Reviewed 6 years agoI've tried many different types of mouth guards, of course I started with the cheapest, I was just hoping it would work, and I kinda expected that. Then I seen my dentist and he tried pushing a custom-made guard, he explained how it was made and it sounded very similar to a few I've tried already at home. Very hard plastic that was hard to remove. I woke up in pain last month and thought I'd take another look at what's out there. I seen Ora guard and paid attention to the details. It's a one piece that molds and fits perfectly on the lower jaw..,the top of the guard is smooth so when you grind, your teeth they aren't rubbing against your top teeth which the problem.. It's been working great for me... Totally recommend
