I have normal to oily skin so I use this as a primer. Goes on very well, you don't need much product. It does have an oily feeling at first and your face may feel a little greasy but once you apply foundation it goes away. Definitely long lasting, no shine, and no foundation rub off on clothing! (A good primer you shouldn't have that problem anyway).
