Reviewed 11 years agoKeeps Duragesic patchs on solidily for 72 hours
I have used these over the patches for swimming, showering and sweating like crazy. Without these, the patch starts to fall off soon after you put it on. The little extra cost is well worth it. You don't waste any patches when you use these with them. I have found the easiest way to put them on is to set the patch in the Tegaderm and apply as one unit. Just apply pressure for a few moments and you are good for three days without a problem.
