I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but after just applying the moisturizer one night, I woke up with red, burning, and bumpy skin on my face and neck. Two days later I still have the bumps and tightness. I called Neutrogena and they very seriously took down my info and are sending me a refund. So, I think it means that they know something is wrong with this product.
