For the last 2 months, I've had really bad hormonal acne (along my jawline/cheek). I was freaking out trying all that I could to make it stop. I found this stuff online, had great reviews so I stopped by CVS after work to get some. I put it on around 5pm when I got home and before I went to bed around 9:30 I was looking and the mirror and it already showed a huge difference. I got so excited!!!! Woke up this morning around 5am to get ready for work and the spots are practically gone. I have really sensitive skin so I wouldn't recommend this as a daily thing if you do too. I plan to just use it a couple days at a time and only when I have breakouts that won't go away.

Powerful at 5% salicylic acid. Stings for about 10 seconds and then the pain goes away.
I had a nasty cyst like zit on my neck, a bit to the right of my Adam's apple. It never went away with other treatments like 2% salicylic acid acne wipes or popping attempts with a sterilized pin/applying hydrogen peroxide. It's definitely gone down in size and is mostly gone. It seems to now be healing on it's own. A white head had appeared about a week after I applied this cream 3 times daily, and then after that, it shrank down nicely.
