I use Neutrogena Norwegian Formula cream on my dry feet. In the coldest part of the winter I use it on my hands, and have occasionally used it on my face. The heavy texture keeps moisture in, and is most effective if applied after washing while the skin is still damp. I appreciate the fact that there is no fragrance because I am very selective when it comes to smells that I like.

I love this hand cream! I first got a sample of it from my dermatologist and used it when my hands were really dry from the weather. So I sought it out online after not finding it in stores. I highly recommend this product. A little goes a long way!

my hands are always dried out - this keeps them feeling soft. easily fits in my purse to carry with me. sin't greasy like many others. Best product I have every used.

What happened to the old flip cap? I have arthritis and it can be very hard to unscrew that tiny little cap. If I can't find the flip cap, I will no longer use this product. And the smell? A little clean scent was ok, but this perfume stuff? yuck Go back to the original scent. It looks like most of your reviewers have the same complaints. What do you think that means?
