Reviewed 6 years agoIt works well and the smell isn’t too overwhelming. I thought my hair wasn’t going to smell very good because of the neutrogena bar soap smell but with a fragrant conditioner, it’s not bad. My husband actually loved the smell. I have oily hair but combo with bouts of dry/flaky scalp. It did take away the oil to where I didn’t have to wash my hair everyday. It actually lasts 3-4 days without a wash. With my dry bouts, my scalp did get a little itchy at times. Also, it got rid of years of gunk from my hair but it did leave it a little too clean, to where it was dry looking. A good leave in conditioner or softening product will do the trick. I use It’s A 10 Miracle Styling Potion and it worked perfectly.

I am am a BuzzAgent. I got to try this product for free for my option. I really love the Neutrogena anti-residue shampoo. It makes my hair feel so clean. Very shiny and it took away all the hair products that I use on a regular basis. The only thing I didn't care for is the smell. But overall. I will continue to use this product. I will be buy this when the BuzzAgent Campaign is long gone.

I've always liked Neutrogena products. This one in particular. It leaves your hair feeling really clean, no residue. The price gets even better when you re-order it.

I was having trouble with my hair building up residue, and no matter how much I scrubbed with my old shampoos I couldnt get rid of it. I saw this and decided to try it. It worked the first time I used it and now I use it once a week, every week!!
